Does hot water extraction damage carpet tiles?
No, when done correctly. Our teams calibrate pressure and temperature to the fibre type and tile construction. For latex-backed or sensitive carpets, we use low-moisture cleaning instead.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes — available evenings, nights, and weekends. Most of our commercial clients prefer a Friday evening or Saturday service so the carpet is fully dry when staff returns Monday.
Do you treat stains and damaged areas?
Yes — stubborn stain pre-treatment is included (coffee, ink, grease) before the main extraction. Remarkable results are possible even on old stains. Some permanent stains may not disappear entirely — we flag this before starting.
