How much does a residential housekeeping service cost in Montreal?

What is included in a regular residential cleaning visit?
Every regular visit follows our 47-point checklist: full kitchen cleaning (counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances), bathroom disinfection, all floor surfaces vacuumed and mopped, dusting of all surfaces and accessible furniture, emptying of wastebaskets, and tidying of common areas. A visit report is sent after each intervention.
Do I need to be home when the cleaners arrive?
No — most of our clients are not home during their cleaning visits. After an initial meeting, you simply leave us a key or provide a secure access code. Every team member has passed a criminal background check and is covered by full commercial liability insurance, so you can go about your day with complete peace of mind.
How often should I have my home professionally cleaned?
For most families, a bi-weekly (every two weeks) plan is ideal — it keeps the home consistently clean without the cost of weekly visits. Families with children, pets, or allergies often prefer weekly service. Monthly visits work well for smaller spaces or lighter needs. We recommend starting with a deep clean, then switching to regular maintenance.
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Yes — we use exclusively EcoLogo certified biodegradable products, free of chlorine, ammonia, and endocrine disruptors. They are safe for children, pets, and people with allergies or chemical sensitivities. Product data sheets are available on request.
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean maintains visible surfaces in every room — ideal for ongoing upkeep. A deep clean goes significantly further: inside every cabinet and drawer, behind and under appliances and furniture, all windows (interior), every baseboard and ceiling corner. We recommend a deep clean as your first visit, then transitioning to regular maintenance.
