Will I always have the same maid?
Yes — this is one of our core commitments for regular clients. A fixed, dedicated cleaner is assigned to your home. She learns your preferences, priority areas, and routine — and improves visit after visit.
How much does a maid service cost in Montreal?
Plans start at $90 for a studio or 3½-room apartment, $135 for a condo or 4½–5½ home, $185 for a large house. Products and equipment always included. Recurring monthly clients get a 10% discount. Free quote in 24h.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — the vast majority of our regular clients aren’t home. After an initial meeting, you leave a key or access code. Every cleaner has passed a criminal background check and is covered by our full commercial liability insurance.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use exclusively EcoLogo certified products, with no chlorine or ammonia. Safe for young children, pets, and allergy sufferers. We’ve used them since our very first day in 2010.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract for regular residential services. You can adjust frequency, skip a visit, or cancel with reasonable notice (24–48h). We’re here to simplify your life.
