How often should I schedule a regular housekeeping service?
For most households, the bi-weekly (every two weeks) plan offers the best balance between quality and budget. Weekly is recommended for families with young children, pets, or allergy sufferers. Monthly works well for small spaces with light use. We always advise you during the free evaluation.
How much does regular housekeeping cost in Montreal?
Plans start at $90 for a studio or 3½-room apartment, $135 for a condo or 4½–5½ home, and $185 for a large house. Products and equipment always included. Recurring monthly clients receive a 10% discount. Free quote within 24h.
Will I always have the same cleaning team?
Yes — this is one of our core commitments for regular clients. You have a fixed, dedicated team assigned to your home. They learn your preferences, your priority areas, and your routine — and improve with every visit.
Do I need to be home when the cleaners arrive?
No — the vast majority of our regular clients aren’t home. After an initial meeting, you leave a key or access code. Every team member has passed a criminal background check and is covered by full commercial liability insurance.
Can I change my frequency or cancel without penalty?
Yes. There is no long-term contract for regular residential services. You can adjust frequency, skip a visit, or cancel as needed. We simply ask for reasonable notice (24–48h) for changes.
What if I’m not satisfied with a cleaning visit?
