No — the vast majority of our clients are not present during the visit. After an initial meeting, you can leave us a key or a secure access code. Our team is fully insured, background-checked and trained. Your peace of mind is our priority.
Are your cleaning products really eco-friendly and safe?
Absolutely. We use exclusively certified eco-friendly products — no chlorine, no ammonia, no endocrine disruptors or aggressive fragrances. Completely safe for children, pets and allergy sufferers. If you have specific sensitivities, mention them in your quote request and we’ll adapt accordingly.
What happens if I’m not completely satisfied?
